AI credits measure actual AI processing usage, not a fixed number of requests or words. Usage varies by task. Included credits refresh on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, independently of invoice renewal dates; unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased credits remain available without scheduled expiry and are used after included credits. When the balance runs out, new AI work pauses; saved records and non-AI features remain available. FieldIntel absorbs any in-flight overrun rather than charging it automatically. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are additional. Activation and subscription terms are agreed in writing. Existing accepted customer quotes remain unchanged.
