Submit a request

Provide the email associated with your FieldIntel account. For another privacy question, use your contact email.

What happens after a deletion request?

1. We verify ownership. Submitting an email address or holding a request link does not authorize deletion of someone else's account.
2. We review and remove associated personal data. This includes login details, sessions, notification identifiers, and user-linked photos, locations, notes, imports and AI/report copies, as applicable.
3. We explain any retention. Shared company records are reviewed separately. Any personal information retained for a specific legal, security or fraud-prevention reason is identified with the reason and retention period. We also address provider copies and backups.
4. You receive a status update. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. The private request page explains progress, any extra time needed, and the result. Closed request records are kept for 365 days.

Submitting this request does not automatically cancel a company service agreement or delete coworkers' accounts. You may request help with company closure in the details field.
